Baker's Assistant
Ogi is the place for you if enjoy decorating baked goods and assisting the baker in all baking operations. You will design the frost on all cupcakes and cookies with the detail to satisfy each bite. We are going to provide you with the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your role.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Ogi’s culture of inclusiveness and transparency.
- Work with management to try put new ideas.
- Follow all frosting techniques as trained to specifications and standards.
- Work with teammates to produce baked goods our customers love.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Assist with all cleaning duties as required.
- Be punctual to work assigned shift.
- Box and package all bakery goods as needed.
- Act with a high level of detail when following instructions for all baked goods.
Requirements:
- Ability to exhibit deep passion for decorating.
- Ability to work a changing schedule.
