Barista

As a barister at Ogi, you play a key and instrumental role in the continued success and growth of our coffee business. You will become a member of a team that loves to provide lasting experience for customers and team members. In this role, you will arrive at the store at an appropriate time of the day as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the specifications provided for each coffee drink recipe.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Provide coaching for other staff as needed.
- Be punctual for assigned shift and have fun performing your duties.
- Exhibit the core values of Ogi (Emotional Intelligence, Attention to detail and Simplification) in your interactions with customers and team members.
